We’re a South African company with a passion for Mzanzi, after all, we live here too. Our first bag of Cellulose Fibre Insulation rolled off our Montague Gardens, Cape Town production line in 2005. Hundreds of thousands of tons of insulation later, Eco-Insulation was acquired by Thermguard in March 2019; Thermguard is a company that has been in the building insulation business since 1984. Eco-Insulation’s factory was then moved to Kempton Park in Johannesburg, where today it continues to be manufactured to the same high standards under a strict quality management system.
Insulating in excess of 200,000m2 per year, Eco-Insulation offers its customers a certified, highly effective insulation solution with a professional turnkey installation.
To be South Africans’ first choice for keeping their homes and workplaces warm, dry, healthy and quiet while minimising the impact to the environment.
It's time to get some climate control with quality Roof Insulation!

Made in South Africa, that’s our strength
Eco-Insulation cellulose fibre insulation is purpose-built for our famous (some might say fickle) local conditions. We have been around in South Africa for 16 years and you can be pretty sure we’ve learned a thing or two about the best way to keep a South African home warm, dry, happy and healthy.
We want to do our bit to ensure future generations can enjoy all that’s great about South Africa, always. That’s why we’re constantly looking at our plant and processes to see if further improvements can be made to reduce impact on the environment and to increase our already high safety standards.
